My transaction failed, why was my account still charged?

If your order was declined online you may have entered an incorrect billing address, a zip code that does not match the billing address of the credit card, an incorrect credit card number, or the security code (CVV2) incorrectly. Your card may also be over it's limit. While we do void all failed transactions immediately, your bank may place a hold on this charge which will be released automatically when they reconcile the transaction. If you have a charge on your statement which has not been released after 3-5 business days please contact your bank.
